Maxicare Healthcare Limited provides healthcare professionals to care homes, private individuals, and private hospitals in the ward and HDU/ITU.  Maxicare’s growth is dependent on the qualifications and capabilities of the staff, so we conduct a rigorous screening of  nurses and healthcare assistants particularly on their educational background, annual mandatory training, annual monitoring of Disclosure Barring Service (DBS), professional and character references, and immigration status.  Maxicare provides a more cost-effective way of recruitment and staffing and a reliable way to cover the shifts for the service user's immediate needs.
